Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations
We value your business and want to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please review our policy regarding online order returns, exchanges, and cancellations below:
Online Order Cancellations
- Within 24 Hours: You have a 24-hour window to cancel your online order and receive a full refund. Once we receive your order, we immediately begin processing it to ensure timely delivery.
- After 24 Hours: If you need to cancel after the 24-hour window and before delivery, a 30% restocking fee will apply.
Order Changes
- Within 24 Hours or Before Confirmation: You can make changes to your order within 24 hours or until you receive an order confirmation from Caravana Furniture.
- After Confirmation: Once you receive an order confirmation, no further changes can be made to your order.
Returns and Refunds
- After Delivery: Once merchandise has been delivered, it cannot be returned for a refund.
- Exceptions: In rare cases where an exception is made, a 30% restocking fee will apply. The remaining balance will be issued as in-store credit only.
