DELIVERY Q & A

Things to consider before delivery:

  • Please make sure an adult (18 or older) is home during the delivery window.
  •  The delivery window varies with location and order size. It is usually one to three hours, but can sometimes be longer.
  • Let us know of any special arrangements needed to gain access to your residence.
  • Before delivery, please make sure the walkway and area where you would like the item placed are clear. The delivery team cannot remove existing furniture to make room for the new item.
  • Keep the room clear of any obstructions to ensure the safety of your belongings and the safety of our delivery team.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to measure their space carefully to ensure that the furniture will fit through doorways, staircases, elevators, and into the desired room. Caravana Furniture is not liable for any issues or inconvenience caused if the furniture does not fit upon delivery.

You will receive a courtesy call from our delivery associates 30 to 45 minutes before your scheduled time of delivery.

  6. Courtesy Call: You will receive a call from our delivery associates 15 to 20 minutes before your scheduled delivery time to let you know they are on the way.

Order Confirmation: Once your order is confirmed, we will notify you if your items require assembly and provide specific pickup instructions. You can choose to accept or decline professional assembly by Caravana Furniture.

Opting Out of Assembly: If you decline assembly by Caravana Furniture professionals You assume full responsibility for assembling the furniture. Caravana Furniture and its affiliates will not be held liable for any damage resulting from improper assembly. The product warranty will be VOIDED

Pickup Preparations:  Please bring your own blankets and tie-down straps to secure your items. After loading, Caravana Furniture is not responsible for any damage to your furniture. It is your responsibility to ensure your items are properly protected during transit.

  • Before Our Delivery Team Leaves Your Home

    1. Inspect Your Furniture: Take a moment to carefully inspect your new furniture before our delivery associates leave. If you notice any visible defects, please report them within 24 hours to ensure a swift resolution.
    2. Be Featured on Our Platforms: We love showcasing our furniture in real homes! Occasionally, we ask clients for permission to photograph their new pieces for our website and social media. If you’re interested, simply fill out the waiver, and you’re all set to be featured!
    3. Enjoy Your New Furniture: Once everything is perfect, sit back, relax, and enjoy your beautiful new furniture from Caravana. It’s time to make it a part of your home!

Can I Reschedule My Delivery?

Absolutely! We understand that plans can change, and we’re happy to assist you in rescheduling your delivery. To do so, simply call us at (562) 432-0562. Please note the following important details:

  1. Advance Notice: To avoid any fees and to allow us to accommodate other clients, please call at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule your delivery.
  2. Missed Appointments: If you miss your scheduled delivery appointment without prior notice, a $40 fee will be applied to cover the cost of rescheduling and logistical adjustments.
  3. Flexible Scheduling: Let us know a time and date that works best for you, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your preferences based on availability.
  4. Exceptional Circumstances: If an emergency arises and you need to reschedule last minute, don’t hesitate to call us. While fees may still apply, we’ll do our best to assist you and minimize any inconvenience.
