Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations Policy

At Caravana Furniture, orders are processed promptly to ensure timely delivery. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order, as it outlines important terms regarding cancellations, changes, returns, and exchanges.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations Within 24 Hours of Purchase
  • Online orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not been processed, confirmed, or prepared for shipment.
  • Processing may begin immediately after an order is placed.
Cancellations After 24 Hours
  • Orders canceled after 24 hours and prior to delivery are subject to a 30% restocking and processing fee.
  • The remaining balance will be refunded to the original form of payment.
Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders cannot be canceled once any of the following occur:

  • Order confirmation has been issued
  • Delivery has been scheduled
  • Items have shipped or are in transit
  • The item is custom, special-order, clearance, outlet, floor model, or sold “as-is”

Order Changes

Changes Within 24 Hours or Before Confirmation
  • Order changes may be requested within 24 hours of purchase or prior to order confirmation, whichever occurs first.
  • All changes are subject to product availability and pricing adjustments.
After Order Confirmation
  • Once an order confirmation is issued, no changes may be made, including item substitutions, finishes, quantities, delivery options, or delivery addresses.

Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final upon delivery or pickup.
  • Once merchandise has been delivered or released for pickup, returns are not accepted and refunds will not be issued.
Limited Exceptions
  • Any exception to this policy is made solely at the discretion of Caravana Furniture.
  • Approved exceptions are subject to: A 30% restocking fee Issuance of store credit only
  • Store credit is non-transferable and may include expiration terms.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once processed:

  • Custom, special-order, or made-to-order items
  • Mattresses, bedding, pillows, and upholstered goods
  • Clearance, outlet, floor model, and “as-is” merchandise
  • Items that have been assembled, used, modified, or removed from original packaging
  • Delivery, assembly, labor, and service fees
